We're here to help. ## General questions All the essential information about your visit. ### When was it due to reopen? Our Europa-Park server has been open to the public again since **14 August 2026**. ***Stay tuned to our social media channels, and especially our Discord server, so you don’t miss any of the latest news.*** ### Was there a Pre-Opening? Yes, club members, friends of the staff and our partners were invited to an exclusive Pre-Opening event ahead of the official opening on **14 August 2026**. Details regarding this VIP Pre-Opening were shared in the Discord channel set up for this purpose. ### What is the server's address? The server address is: `play.epm-resort.eu` ### Which version of the server is available? The server version is Minecraft **1.21.11**. ### Why is it impossible to access the server? Our teams are actively working on the most ambitious project in our history, entitled *The Magic of Tomorrow*. Due to the scale of the work underway across all areas, it is very difficult to set an opening date with any certainty. We are working tirelessly to establish a coherent and realistic timetable so that we can offer you the most polished experience possible. ### Which area will be open when the venue opens? **The new Croatian themed area will be accessible from 14 August 2026.** For those feeling nostalgic, regular visitors will still be able to access the old version of Europa-Park (2015–2025) using the command `/server Europa-Park_Old` or via the menu in the inventory. **However, please note that only access to the themed areas will remain available. All attractions, the automatic resource pack download and the usual activities have been unavailable since 18 January 2026.** ***Our teams are doing their utmost to open new areas in the coming months.*** ### Is the server accessible to people with disabilities? We place particular importance on accessibility and are working to make our server as inclusive as possible. If you have a disability, please don’t hesitate to contact us – we’ll be happy to help. The same principle applies to recruitment. Our association, EPM United, strives to recruit a diverse range of candidates, which naturally includes people with disabilities. ### Are school groups permitted on your server? Upon request, we are happy to arrange visits for school groups. We would be grateful if the teaching staff could contact our team as soon as possible to arrange this visit. ## Attractions Information about the attractions ### Why are the attractions closed? With our new project, ‘*The Magic of Tomorrow*’, the attractions on the old Europa-Park map are no longer available following the release of Minecraft version 1.21.11. Only access to the themed areas remains possible. ***Stay tuned to our social media channels and, in particular, our Discord server so you don’t miss out on any updates.*** ### When will the next attractions be available again? At present, only the Voltron Nevera ride in the Croatian themed area is open. Currently, only the Voltron Nevera ride in the Croatian themed area is available. We are actively working to expand the new offering and hope to reopen the Russian themed area soon. **At present, we are unable to provide a more specific opening date.** ### How can I access the rides on your old Europa-Park map? Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to access the rides on our old Europa-Park map following our update to version 1.21.11. We hope to open new rides on our new map as soon as possible. ***Thank you for your understanding and patience.*** ## The Magic of Tomorrow The most ambitious project in our history. ### What is ‘The Magic of Tomorrow’ project? ‘*The Magic of Tomorrow*’ is the name given to the most ambitious project ever undertaken by our teams since the founding of EPM Adventure Resort. It involves a major transformation of our server across the board: architecturally, technologically, creatively… Who hasn’t dreamt of experiencing Europa-Park in Minecraft style? With *The Magic of Tomorrow*, this ambition becomes a reality. The result of the biggest transformation ever undertaken at EPM Adventure Resort, this project – which has been in the works for almost five years – is sure to exceed all your expectations. The Croatian themed area will be the first milestone in a new chapter: join us as we open a new chapter! A completely revamped architectural design, innovations and new technologies, a thrilling programme of shows and refined cuisine are all on the agenda. Take our word for it: 2026 will mark a new era in the history of EPM Adventure Resort with *The Magic of Tomorrow*. ### What about tomorrow? Following the grand opening of the new Croatian themed area, the transformation spearheaded by The Magic of Tomorrow is continuing and continues to shape the future. These developments form part of a strategy aimed at offering a high-quality theme park that is perfectly in line with its philosophy: *storytelling*. We want to create new stories, more magical and thrilling than ever before. This is not just an idea; it is a dream that has been nurtured for over 10 years and is gradually coming to fruition. ### Which area will be open when the venue opens? **The new Croatian themed area has been open since 14 August 2026.** For those feeling particularly nostalgic, regular visitors can still access our old Europa-Park Map (2015–2025) using the command `/server Europa-Park_Old` or via the menu in the inventory. **However, please note that only access to the themed areas will remain available. All attractions, the automatic resource pack download and the usual activities have been unavailable since 18 January 2026.** ***Our teams are doing their utmost to open new areas in the coming months.*** ### Where is your old Europa-Park map? Our old map (2015–2025) is still accessible using the command `/server Europa-Park_Old` or via the menu in your inventory. The new map (2026) is now accessible as soon as you log in to the server. For players currently on our old map who wish to switch to the new map, you can do so using the command `/server Europa-Park` or via the menu in your inventory. ### What are the entry requirements? Access is currently strictly limited to around 100 concurrent players across all our servers. We thank you for your understanding in this matter. Preview events and private sessions are occasionally organised throughout the year, as well as maintenance periods, which will, however, be announced in advance on our Discord server and this website. ***Stay tuned to our social media channels so you don’t miss out on any updates.*** ## Novelties 2026-2028 There are plenty of new features to discover. ### What new features can we expect next? With the usual Minecraft update, our server is now running Minecraft version 1.21.11. Welcome to the electric age! From 14 August 2026, the new *Voltron Nevera* multi-propulsion rollercoaster will finally be available after more than two years of intensive work. In addition to the new Croatian-themed area, numerous other new features will gradually be added to the current offering. For 2028, Europa-Park has announced the opening of a new family rollercoaster from MACK Rides within a new space-themed area that will combine tradition and the future. **Whilst work is underway at Europa-Park, the Euro-Mir ride will once again be available virtually on our Minecraft server in a modernised version during the 2026/27 winter season to keep our most dedicated fans entertained.** In addition to the most ambitious project in our history – The Magic of Tomorrow – the Entertainment team has put together a revamped programme of shows for you, which will be expanded throughout the season (see [Park Shows](#shows-in-park)). What’s more, there are plenty of new features, a completely revamped resource pack and new adventures in store! Let us surprise you. ### New Croatian themed area (2026) You’ve all been waiting for it: the new Voltron Nevera multi-propulsion rollercoaster is coming to our server from 14 August 2026. What’s more, the ‘Sunce i Lavanda’ ice-cream parlour, a lifelike animatronic figure of Nikola Tesla, the interactive family exhibition ‘Croatian Inspiration’ and the ‘Suveniri Nikola’ shop await you in the new Croatian themed area. ### New themed area based on the theme of space (2028) Europa-Park has announced that a new family rollercoaster from MACK Rides will open in 2028, set within a new space-themed area that will blend tradition with the future. **Whilst work is underway at Europa-Park, the Euro-Mir ride will once again be available virtually on our Minecraft server in a modernised version during the 2026/27 winter season to keep our most dedicated fans entertained whilst they wait.** Further details on the new themed area will follow in due course. ### Shows in Park Welcome to the electric age! This new version will have plenty of surprises in store when it comes to entertainment. A world first will be on offer just a stone’s throw from the new Croatian quarter – prepare to be amazed! ### Resource pack With the Minecraft 1.21.11 update, our resource pack has been completely revamped. We’ll now have access to the latest features of 1.21.11, as well as lots of new custom textures. The new low-poly designs will make the updated version of the map shine like never before! ## Application All the information and details regarding our recruitment process. ### Is it possible to join our team? If you can’t find a role that matches your profile, you can still submit an unsolicited application via our Discord channel. Unsolicited applications do not follow the standard procedure; our recruiters will take care of finding a role that suits your profile and interests. ***We wish you the best of luck!*** ### What are the arrangements? Where possible, we would ask all potential candidates to submit their enquiries via a support ticket on our Discord support channel. Please ensure you carefully review the relevant job description, terms and conditions, and the required skills to help us process your enquiry more efficiently and assess your needs. ### Disability status We aim to provide an inclusive environment for everyone. This applies in particular to people with disabilities. Our teams are committed to ensuring accessibility and the inclusion of all members. As a general rule, we process each application in the order in which it is received. We endeavour to keep processing times to a minimum. Thank you for your understanding in this regard. Please bear in mind that if you do not receive a reply from us, your application has probably not met the recruiter’s requirements. However, please do not hesitate to follow up with us if you have any doubts. ## Safety Safety is our top priority. ### Why is there an age requirement for applicants? In order to ensure a suitable environment and to comply with current regulations, it is important that applicants act responsibly when submitting their applications. This applies in particular to their age and personal information relating to their identity. We therefore reserve the right to reject any application that does not comply with the legal framework. Applicants undertake to declare on their honour that the information provided is accurate. Applications and the information collected for this purpose will be retained in accordance with the statutory retention period set out in the GDPR. ## Influencers Enquiries & private hire ### How do you become an influencer? The influencer role is available upon written request to the project management team. Please open a ticket on our Discord support channel so that we can process your request. We thank you for your understanding regarding processing times. ### Is filming permitted on your server? As a general rule, filming on our server is permitted, provided it does not cause any disruption to our players or staff. You are also asked to clearly state the full server address in the video description: **play.epm-resort.eu** However, filming certain events organised on the server is not permitted. This ban will be clearly indicated via notices at the entrance and at the start of each performance. The decision on whether or not to authorise filming during an event rests with a member of the moderation team. Breaching this rule may result in your account being banned and your ‘influencer’ role being revoked accordingly. ## Partners Partnerships & sponsorship ### Do you accept partnership requests? Yes, partnership requests are welcome.
