# DISCORD RULES

### 1. Connexion

1. The user (hereinafter referred to as the ‘*player*’) declares that they have read and accepted these Discord server rules.
2. Players joining our Discord server must be at least thirteen (13) years of age and must have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence (see Discord’s Terms of Service: <https://discord.com/terms>)
3. Please ensure you have a suitable username and an appropriate custom status.

### 2. General safety rules

1. All members are required to behave in a correct and appropriate manner. Insults, defamatory, inappropriate, sexist, homophobic, racist, sectarian or extremist comments, or those that condone violence, terrorism or homophobia, will not be tolerated.
2. For the safety of our players, we strongly advise against discussing, sharing, distributing or disclosing personal information, such as religious beliefs or affiliations, about yourself or any other Discord member.
3. The distribution or sharing of hyperlinks (URLs) for advertising purposes is prohibited.
4. Impersonating a member of the team is prohibited.

### 3. Chats and copying the Discord server

1. Please do not spam the chat channels and avoid excessive use of capital letters.
2. It is strictly forbidden to copy or attempt to copy our Discord server without authorisation from a member of the management team.

### 4. Advertisement

Advertising on our Discord server is only permitted with the prior authorisation of the project management. This rule also applies to any form of poll or vote. Propaganda is prohibited throughout our Discord server in any form whatsoever. In all cases, such behaviour will result in a ban.

### 5. Suspension and expulsion

1. We reserve the right to investigate players suspected of breaching the rules of our Discord server.
2. The team (staff) is authorised, at its sole discretion, to remove from the server any person who breaches these rules.
