📃GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

for the online shop of EPM Adventure Resort

These terms and conditions of sale are entered into by https://epm.buycraft.net on the one hand, and by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the https://epm.buycraft.net online shop, hereinafter referred to as "the player", on the other.

1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to set out the contractual provisions between https://epm.buycraft.net and the player, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made from our online shop. The acquisition of a good or service through this online shop implies unreserved acceptance by the Player of these terms and conditions of sale.

2. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS, GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED

All the characteristics of the products and services offered by EPM Resort are presented on our online shop hosted at the following address: https://epm.buycraft.net. Each product is accompanied by a description and its price.

3. PRICES

EPM Adventure Resort reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day the order is placed will be the only price applicable to the purchaser. The services offered by EPM Adventure Resort are in no way affiliated with Microsoft or Mojang Studios.

4. ORDER

The player places an order in the EPM Adventure Resort online shop. To purchase one or more items, the player must follow the order process below:

• Register on the online shop

• Credit your virtual money account

• Chosse the item

• Confirm your purchase and receive it

EPM Adventure Resort reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Player with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale.

5. TERMS OF PAYMENT

The price is payable when the order is placed.

Several methods of payment are available.

EPM Adventure Resort cannot be held responsible if the non-validation of the order is due to force majeure or a problem with the service providers. The security of the financial transaction is the responsibility of our service providers PayPal and Starpass.

EPM Adventure Resort declines all responsibility in the event of a malfunction resulting in the non-validation of the order due to force majeure or a problem with the service providers. For all purchases made with a service provider using a micropayment system, the price is higher than with PayPal or PaySafeCard for the same product, due to the commission rate charged by this company.

All of the data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

6. CAPACITY AND DELIVERY TIMES

By ordering from the https://epm.buycraft.net online shop , you declare firmly and under your own and sole responsibility that: You have full capacity to use and exercise your rights to enter into a contract with us. You declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this contract. We cannot be required to verify the age of purchasers on the site. If the purchaser is a minor, he or she must obtain the consent of his or her parents/guardians before placing an order. The parental authority acknowledges having accepted the general terms and conditions and vouches for the minor player. Any use of the https://epm.buycraft.net online shop and its services by the minor Player is carried out under the full responsibility of the holders of parental authority.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are given for information only.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

In the online sales process, EPM Adventure Resort is bound only by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from disruptions to the Internet network, such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, disruption of service, other involuntary problems or problems with service providers (see 5).

9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Notwithstanding article L.121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code and given the nature of the service (immaterial and delivered without delay), the Player no longer has the right of withdrawal from the date and time of provision of the service (article). However, the Player has a right of withdrawal of 14 days if the service ordered has not yet been delivered to him/her even though payment has been made. In this case, the Player shall contact EPM Resort and provide all the necessary information (user account, payment number, etc.). EPM Resort will refund the virtual money within a maximum of 30 days. No refunds will be made in real money (Euro, US Dollar, CA Dollar, etc.).

10. PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, all Players have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning them, by sending a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of the identity document bearing the signature of the bearer of the document, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent. The EPM Resort online shop is not registered with the CNIL.

11. RIGHTS

This contract is governed by French law.

• Online shop: refers to the website hosted at https://epm.buycraft.net

• Player: The player is any natural or legal person who uses the Website or any of the services offered by EPM Resort.
