Having downloaded and loaded the resource pack, these terms and conditions are entered into by EPM Resort on the one hand, and by any individual or legal entity wishing to use our textures via the Minecraft server (play.epm-resort.eu), hereinafter referred to as "the Player", on the other.
The purpose of these resource pack conditions is to set out the contractual provisions between "EPM Adventure Resort" and the Player, and the conditions applicable to all content carried out on our Minecraft server. The Player's connection to our servers implies unreserved acceptance by the Player of our regulations as well as these conditions.
Our resource pack is:
Single use for the EPM Adventure Resort servers to which it belongs!
For private use only
Any public use (e.g. videos, photos, sharing, etc.) is prohibited without prior authorisation from the server management.
It is the property of its creators and may not be modified, copied or claimed by others.
Protected by French intellectual property law.
A moral and patrimonial asset of its server and its creators.
Infringement of the author's moral rights or property rights may be punished.
Considered counterfeit if used for a purpose other than that for which it was created. This resource pack has required considerable hours of work from its editors, so we thank you for respecting its use and the people who have worked on it to offer you the best possible immersion.

Our resource packs contain elements (images, music, logos, trademarks) which are subject to copyright and belong to Europa-Park GmbH and its associated subsidiaries and are only used for the purpose of reproducing the Resort. Please note that no official collaboration has yet been established between their companies and our fan project. All our original creations (images, screenshots, sounds, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of our organisation and are subject to copyright.
